Responsibilities includes filing, scanning, importing/indexing a variety of documents into the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and provides support to Human Resources staff in accessing and maintaining files. In addition, the incumbent will work on special projects as assigned, which may include, obtaining completed forms (Position Description, First Day Paperwork, etc.), field general benefits queries, and drafting standard email templates. **Minimum Qualifications** College student enrolled in post-secondary education. (To be eligible for appointment as a Student Worker, you must be a student enrolled in an educational program or planning to enroll within three months. Students may be “off” for the summer or for one semester/quarter and remain employed as a student worker, but such absences cannot exceed one semester/quarter in a year. As a student, you must be enrolled in high school or in a postsecondary or graduate program. If a student is enrolled at a credit-granting institution, they must carry at least six semester (nine quarter) credits. If enrolled at a non-credit granting institution or one that only offers one credit per class, a student must be taking two or more classes per semester/quarter. Any lesser credit (class) load shall be treated as a semester/quarter off. Graduate students must be enrolled in at least two courses or making progress on a dissertation. You will be asked to complete an Educational Verification form prior to appointment.) **Preferred Qualifications** Experience and/or knowledge of electronic file management systems and software. Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Knowledge of Data Practices. Ability to handle and maintain confidential information in a professional manner. Ability to work in a team environment yet independently when needed. Effective communication, writing, computer, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. **Physical Requirements** Requires frequent use of computer, printer, and scanner, as well as the ability to lift file boxes up to 15 pounds with or without assistance.
