Human Resources Rep Part Time

Jockey International is seeking a Human Resources Rep for its National Distribution Center. This position will report to the Manager of Human Resources at the distribution center and provide administrative support in areas of Recruiting, Benefits Administration, Orientations, and other administrative task in the HR Department.
Essential Functions:
Provide administrative assistance for the Human Resources Department. Process employee paperwork in the areas of employment and benefits. Respond to employee inquiries and escalate matters to the Manager of Human Resources. Compile weekly head count, turnover, and absentee reports. Weekly reconciliation of payroll accumulators to payroll summary sheets. Ensure accurate employee records, job descriptions, policies and procedures are maintained. Assist with planning all social events for local facility. Administer all background check and drug testing for the distribution center. Assist with any other HR duties as needed.
Requirements
High School diploma required. Advance degree preferred. Minimum of one year administrative experience, preferably within a Human Resources Environment. Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and problem solving skills. Excellent MS Office skills to include email, Word, and Excel. Prefer creativity in event planning, Strong ethical and confidentiality
