The DIS HR Representative plays a vital role in supporting the HR department by handling various human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and other HR requirements. The HR Representative will act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues, ensuring that the organization adheres to HR policies, best practices, and legal requirements.
Job Function:
1. Recruitment & Selection:
•Coordinate and assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and selection.
•Manage new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth onboarding for new employees
•Prepare and process employment contracts, new hire paperwork, and orientation materials.
2.Employee Relations:
•Act as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, issues, and grievances.
•Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee relations matters.
3.Training & Development:
•Support training initiatives and assist in identifying training needs within the organization.
•Facilitate or coordinate training sessions, workshops, or employee development programs.
•Support the implementation of career development planning and succession planning activities.
