Job Responsibilities:
Scheduling of Interviews, preemployment screenings, and onboarding appts. Reviewing and dispositioning candidates within the Applicant Tracking System Conduct Co-Op Interviews Coordinate and help run Co-Op Events Attend career fairs and other recruiting events Collection of Co-Op program participant feedback Lead the Co-Op Ambassador Program and meetings Various other Human Resources tasks as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Ability to work 40 hours per week Must be pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree within Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field. Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Great verbal and written communicator. Attention to detail for scheduling, screening, & candidate tracking Strong organizational & time management skills
