You'll contribute to our mission by:
Assisting employees through the onboarding process, and coordinating employee training datesAssisting employees with any concerns that may arise throughout their employment Enforcing and relaying company polices and procedures Answering the department phone lines, answering employee questions and directing calls as neededFiling paperwork efficiently and accurately for all employee personnel filesMaintaining proper record keeping of all filesAssisting in making phone calls to schedule interviews and complete paperworkSorting and issuing paychecks on a weekly basisTracking daily call outs and communicating them to operational departments Issuing and recording counseling and coaching documentation Inventorying employee uniforms; keeping HR Offices stocked with required uniform items for distribution Maintaining a professional image at all timesBeing knowledgeable of Six Flags policies and proceduresAssisting in other areas of the Human Resources DepartmentEnforcing all Six Flags New England policiesPerforming other duties as assigned or necessary to support Six Flags New EnglandYou'll do it with your:
