As a member of BCG’s Human Resources team, we will lean on you to help us develop, deploy, and retain the best talent in the market. We will work together to manage the lifecycle of our BCGers and the day-to-day operations of HR.  You will have the opportunity to focus on a variety of tasks including employee onboarding and off boarding, systems administration, and general support to our employee population.

You’re good at:

On-Boarding – Ensure smooth transition of new hires, deliver orientation and benefit trainings and coordinate/work with internal resources in on-boarding process. Oversee the completion of background check and Form I-9 process. Maintain employee files and ensure completion of compliance trainings. Act as primary point of contact for incoming staff.Off-Boarding – Ensure a smooth off boarding process by supporting the Career Transition process including preparing memos, holding exit meetings, and conducting exit interviews.  Keep systems up to date and process various transactions related to employee departures.Employee Support – provide general support to employees by managing request in the WestHR Inbox, providing benefits information, and interfacing with various teams (payroll, benefits, immigration, etc) to resolve employee issues as they arise.HRIS and Systems Management – work with our HR Shared Service Centre to ensure that our HRIS (Workday) is up to date and accurate. Ensure key stakeholders have access to regular reporting. Proactively complete system audits to ensure data integrity

Who You'll Work With

You will be working in the San Francisco office as part of a seven person West Human Resources team. As a team, we support 1300+ staff across seven offices, providing on-the-ground support to a growing group of high performing Consultants and Business Services Team members.

Format

At BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in-person work is essential to our culture, mentorship, and professional development. That's why we operate on a hybrid model, with the expectation that team members will be in the office 3 to 5 days per week. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.

 

Compensation

We expect total annualized compensation to be approximately the following: 

Base salary between $106,000- $130,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-12% 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period First year annualized target total compensation: $118,000 - $144,500 (USD)
