Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Human Resources Smart Start.

Ability to work at least 3 days a weekAssisting in the end-to-end recruitment processSupporting the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new employeesOrganising and coordinating trainings.Assisting in planning and executing internal engagement activitiesProviding administrative support and contributing to reporting processes to streamline HR operationsPlaying an active role in the Smart Start Internship ProgramSupporting the organization of employer branding activities to enhance our company’s presence

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

3rd-year undergraduate or master’s student in relevant fieldsAbility to work at least 3 days a week.Academic projects or prior work experience in related areasSignificant project and/or internship experience showcasing both individual and teamwork abilities.Excellent written and spoken English skills.Results-driven mindset with a problem-solving and analytical approachStrong coordination and communication skillsSolid analytical and technical abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointProactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn in an international environment.Self-motivated individual has high level of ownership and initiative approach.
