Job Description:
Salad and Go is seeking a People (Human Resources) Specialist. This position is focused on effectively managing a range of administrative functions within employee-related processes. Beyond executing assigned tasks, the Human Resources Specialist will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for ongoing process improvements. The Human Resources Specialist's role is crucial in upholding seamless HR operations, precise data administration, and delivering an exceptional team member experience.
As the Human Resources Specialist, you will:
Employee Relations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including addressing concerns, complaints, and inquiries.
Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, and other HR-related issues.
Partner with management to develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, best practices and disciplinary actions.
People Ticketing System Management:
Oversee and manage the people ticketing system, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of employee inquiries and concerns.
Prioritize and route tickets to appropriate team members for resolution.
Monitor and analyze ticket trends to identify potential areas for improvement in HR processes and policies.
Additional HR Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the People Team to generate and maintain accurate reports, providing valuable insights into employee data and trends.
Conduct regular audits of Workday data to ensure accuracy and compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Identify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of employee records.
Assist with various HR functions and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1 year of experience with HCM/HRIS systems (Workday)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
