This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

KBR is seeking a highly qualified Human Resource Specialist for support of our government customer that delivers mission-critical capabilities that enable to plan and execute intelligence-gathering missions from overhead systems and process the resulting collected data into useful information distributed to IC and DoD users.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with senior management to coordinate human capital activities, including billet management and position classification, awards processes, promotion board schedules, performance report schedules, application schedules, and training and certification requirements

Provide policy and procedural information and guidance on programs and processes

Support Directorate hiring activities, including setting up panels, preparing applicant binders, and liaising between the Hiring Manager and the Agency Office of Human Resources; Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities

Support Directorate Civilian Human Capital strategic planning and forecasting, promotion board preparation, and mentor process

Formulate reports, provide status reports to management, and compile and distribute material for management

Coordinate inbound and outbound processing of government personnel. Utilize records management system for tracking documents and ensuring all required documentation and processes are complete.

Responsible for ad hoc or other tasks relevant to the role

Required Skills:

TS/SCI with Polygraph

5 years’ experience in Human Resources

Strong communication skills

Experience with Microsoft applications

Associates Degree

Desired Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Human Capital Management; or related degree in business administration, business management, Organizational Development Psychology, or Sociology
