Job DescriptionHR Communication: Lead HR Leader Support Communications for Malaysia – Drive and optimize internal HR communications program, ensuring timely delivery of information so that employees stay well-informed through various communication channels.Learning Series: Create monthly learning series to educate employees on various topics i.e. eVoice, iTAS, Workday, Payroll Guideline, Training Leave, DL Teams channel, etc.Support and coordinate Audits: Ensure that HR policies are fully compliant with government laws with the applicable audit framework – RBA, IMS include any other external / customer audits and company policies.  Work Rules: Timely update of Work Rules in HR Malaysia Connect Page to reflect latest policies and HR information.Employee Grievances: Support employee grievances on site by complying with our internal processes and guidelines including appropriate escalation to the right PIC. Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management studies, Business Administration or any relevant degree 1-2 years of work experience in internal communications function.

 

PREFERRED:

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.Proven experience in a similar HR business partnering role, with a focus on supporting senior leadership.Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously delivering accurate results within deadline.Knowledge in Human Resources in Manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.Creative and proactive problem solver with an understanding of the caregiving industry.Adept at navigating new technologies and experience.Strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment.Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

 

SKILLS:

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint as well as AdobeExceptional written and oral communication skillsAgile, flexible, creative, organized, enthusiastic individual with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
