Job Summary:

Provides technical and/or operational support to projects and programs in area of expertise.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Primary support for escalations for department.  Serves as a de-escalation lead to ensure positive and productive resolution and acts as a satisfaction point for customers, without management involvement.  Using a case management system ensures that all details/relevant information are organized and documented appropriately, and those cases are classified appropriately.Serves as subject matter expert for department processes and operations, includes active participation representing department and processes on different work streams within organization.  Supports the implementation of HR programs, new processes and policies.Communicates unusual or repetitive escalated cases to management members for potential process improvement or knowledge shares to department.  Communicates concerns to management members as needed. Works effectively as a team member in a dynamic executive environment where collegiality, subsidiary and sharing responsibility is required and highly valued within a matrix organization.  Promotes teamwork within and across the network by maintaining positive and productive intra-entity and intra-departmental relationships and utilizing effective problem-solving skills.Ensures compliance with policy and procedures and provides excellent customer service.  Assists assigned areas with daily operations.Ensures coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines.  Provides back-up support to department administrative support operations as needed.Assists and encourages users/customers to make effective use of MyHR and other self-service options, systems, products, services, etc. in order to drive rapid resolution and empower the customer. Educates and informs customers of the full range of HR services available to them.Ensures high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the scope of responsibility.  Adheres to all service level agreements.Takes ownership of all assigned tasks, initiatives, inquiries, and escalations and makes sure that they are resolved/completed efficiently and with a superior level of quality.Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION 

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of education and experience

EXPERIENCE 

One year customer service experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.Frequent keyboard use/data entry.Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.Rare climbing.
