Job duties:
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for processing human resources transactions for employees at Riverview Psychiatric Center. This position will support day-to-day operations to include assisting with payroll and personnel transactions, workers’ compensation claims management and recruitment activities. In addition, you will be responsible for personnel file management, compiling reports and assisting employees with questions and inquiries.This position is located at Riverview Psychiatric Center.
Minimum Qualifications:
A combination of education and professional level experience in human resources or a related field.
Preferences:
Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated skills and experience in successfully providing a broad range of human resources-related support to managers and supervisors and the ability to effectively prioritize and accomplish duties in a fast-paced work setting while providing exceptional customer service.
