The Human Resources (HR) Specialist assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, focusing on all areas of HR, such as recruitment, payroll, or record keeping.

+ High school diploma preferred
+ 1 year of related experience in Human Resources preferred
+ Proficient in MS Office programs
+ Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources
+ Customer focused
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to interpret regulations and policies
+ Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change
+ Comfortable working in an office environment and manufacturing plant
Required Experience
Major Responsibilities:
+ Recruitment: Screen and interview job applicants, etc.
+ Onboarding: Provide orientation and training to new employees, etc.
+ Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations
+ Record Keeping: Ensure all HR related records are filed and maintained accordingly
+ Create a safe working environment
+ Assist with all other HR duties as assigned
