PAY IS $20-$25 A HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Assist the HR personnel in all areas of Human Resources as a member of the team (Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
• Assist Human Resources Manager and Management team with Performance Management and Improvements systems.
• Act as the Employee Relations Champion by assisting leaders with employee relations conflicts including disciplinary action.
• Assist with and accurately document employee orientations and ongoing trainings as required to ensure that all employees are up to date with compliance and Core Values standards
• Maintaining up to date physical and digital files for employees’ documents, benefits and attendance records
• Assist in all Employee Relations issues and provide a recommendation to the Human Resources Manager
• Support upskilling training and development programs for the location(s)
• Assist with recruitment, staffing, and retention efforts.
• Assist in distribution of vital and timely communication to Leadership and/or employees.
• Assist Human Resources Manager with regulatory and compliance concerns and reporting.
• Value all core values and culture by being a trusted and responsible HR professional.
• Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, payroll and human resources software.
• Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
