Job Description:

About the Role:

The Human Resources Specialist at the Carrolton location will be providing support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.  You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

Perform weekly payroll activities including timecard verification for hourly teams.Complete and submit retroactive adjustments and deductions for payroll processing.Manage hourly employee attendance and maintain accurate records.Assist with annual open enrollment activities and support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.Support various HR initiatives, community outreach programs, and special projects as assigned.Assist hourly associates with inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and compensation.

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
