HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (INFORMATION SYSTEMS)
Summary You will serve as a HR SPECIALIST (INFORMATION SYSTEMS) in the ADMINISTRATION AND RESOURCES MANAGEMENT of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will determine design strategy for system design. You will interface with financial and payroll personnel to ensure employee records are maintained and corrected in an accurate and timely manner. You will provide advice and guidance to HROM personnel and serviced population on information systems. You will identify technology, systems and software which can be best utilized to achieve HROM and Management's reporting requirements. You will perform fit analysis of federal personnel management requirements to incorporate the policies and procedures of several functional areas. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Identifying, researching, or developing design strategies for Human Resources system design; and recommending new hardware and software to improve systems and procedures in human resources. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing necessary timetables and coordination controls to ensure the integrity of the systems design and timelines of its implementation.
