WACKER North America is looking for a highly motivated college student for our 12-week Human Resources summer internship program at our Adrian Plant in Michigan. The Intern will assist the HR Department with several large projects to include those resolving around preparation of Union negotiations as well as creating an Apprenticeship Program through local resources.
• Currently a rising sophomore or higher and attending school to obtain a college degree with an emphasis on obtaining a degree in the Human Resources field or similar degree.
• Available full-time in person commitment (Monday through Friday) from May 19th through August 8th
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Effective time-management abilities
• Ability to positively present our company
