We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented and creative **Human Resources Supervisor** to join our team at Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea. In this role, a pivotal position in the HR department, acting as the second-in-command and a champion for colleague engagement activities. you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent, promote the desired work culture around our Winning Ways; Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference and Work better together. **Key Responsibilities:** + Championing and enhance colleagues' engagement activities, fostering a positive and vibrant work culture aligned with our Winning Ways. + Coordinate the hiring process, including resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding. + Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. + Provide support and guidance to employees on benefits, compensation, and policies. + Handle and Oversee HR system transaction, changes, Time attendance, and other HRIS. + Ensure smooth execution of HR functions, including time attendance, activities, Initiatives, colleagues' facilities, and heart of house update. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred). + Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration. + Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. + Creative mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and engage colleagues effectively via social media platforms. + Experience with HR software (e.g., payroll, applicant tracking system) Bayan system is a plus. **What you can expect from us:** We give our people everything they need to succeed.
