**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Apply disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with schedules, RIT, rules, organization policies and Federal Labor Law
+ Terminate work relationships with workers before official authorities, when circumstances require it
+ Manage the recruitment and selection process for salaried, indirect, intern and operational employees according to the requisitions or vacancies by plant management.
+ Manage the Major Medical Expenses and Life Insurance policies
+ Management of documentation and updating of personnel files

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ More than 4 years of experience in a similar position
+ Knowledge of recruitment strategies, social networks and with external suppliers
+ Understanding of the federal labor law and internal regulations
+ Having worked with recruitment platforms
+ Experience with staff under your charge
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Experience in all areas of Human Resources at least 1 year
