Position Summary
This position functions as the primary support of applications for UKG Pro, specifically Advanced Scheduling. Implements, coordinates, trains, monitors, and supports UKG Pro Advanced Scheduling. Serves as a liaison between Human Resources, Information Services and Finance departments to insure the effective coordination and use of UKG Pro.
This position is also responsible for Compensation projects as assigned, including the analysis, maintenance, design, and implementation of system-wide Compensation programs and policies.
Minimum Education:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science or related field
Minimum Years of Experience:
Required: 3 years experience with HR, payroll, timekeeper, scheduling, finance, or related areas.
Preferred: 3-5 years experience with UKG
License, Registry or Certification:

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
Required:
Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google, Word and Excel
Superior analytical/statistical skills and the ability to handle multiple large assignments and projects simultaneously
Must demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Understanding of workflow and the relationship between HR, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Payroll, and
related areas
Knowledge of UKG Advanced Scheduling
Understanding of how federal and state regulations impact workforce management systems
Preferred:
Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies
Project management skills
