The Department of Mental Health's Brockton Multi Service Center (BMSC) is seeking an experienced Case Management Supervisor. The successful candidate will provide direct supervision to Adult and TAY Case Managers. Serve as the Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Supervisor for the Site through collaboration with CYF and Adult Departments. Co-lead Case Management team meetings to review enrolled cases. Perform Record Reviews of Electronic and Physical charts. Contract Monitor both ACCS and Clubhouse contracts. Review data and provide support for Performance Improvement activities. Actively participate in Site Committee memberships. Attend collaborative meetings with Homeless and Care Coordination networks.
Please Note:This position is 40 hours per week. The selected candidate will work on the first shift from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The days off are Saturday and Sunday.

Ability to understand, explain and apply the provisions of the laws, rules, regulation, policies, procedures, specifications, standards and guidelines governing agency and unit activities.Ability to prepare statistical reports.Ability to supervise, including planning and assigning work to the nature of the job to be accomplished, the capabilities of subordinates and available resources, controlling work through periodic reviews and/or evaluations, motivating subordinates work effectively, and determining the need for disciplinary action and either recommending or initiating disciplinary action, determining subordinates training needs and arranging for such training.Knowledge of the principles and practices of program development and service delivery utilizing a variety of human service personnel.Ability to assess case management process and results.Knowledge of the principles and methods of social casework, group work and community organization.Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with others.Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information.Ability to evaluate and maintain accurate records.Ability to develop and present budget information and recommendations for assigned unit.
