The Bureau of Human Services Licensing is currently seeking a Human Services Licensing Representative to conduct inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As part of the Bureau of Human Services Licensing in the Office of Long-Term Living, you will conduct inspections for the purpose of enforcing state laws and regulations governing the licensing of personal care homes and assisted living residences to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of personal care home and assisted living residence clients. In this role, you will conduct inspections of facilities to ensure regulations are being met, conduct investigations, identify violations, and review these violations with the facility staff. You will travel in the Northeast Region to oversee the licensing requirements of personal care homes and assisted living residences. Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: + Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week + Work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. + This is a home headquartered position which will require you to be headquartered at your home and travel to worksites to complete your work duties.
