Join a team of seasoned BDMs to focus on markets for overall growth of revenue and profit for Hunton Group. Currently we have one (1) General/Commercial, one (1) K-12/Educational, one (1) Office BDM. Responsibilities: + Conduct oneself in a manner that enhances the Hunton Group brand reputation. + Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones to promote the full suite of Hunton Group products and services. + Identify, track, and maintain a comprehensive list of business opportunities. + Collaborate with sales teams across divisions to convert opportunities into successful awards for Hunton Group. + Attend monthly Master Sales Team meetings and other key strategic meetings, presenting progress on significant projects. + Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at business growth and effective market positioning. + Participate in multi-division planning sessions. + Assist divisions in establishing sales targets and quotas. + Facilitate the movement of leads toward closure by involving appropriate sales personnel at critical stages. + Maintain a record of sales achievements and revenue growth to demonstrate positive impact. + Engage in self-directed learning about commercial and industrial building systems, including HVAC, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. + Organize and conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers, enlisting specialists for support as needed. + Build and nurture relationships with divisional managers, key clients, and co-workers. + Attend relevant internal and external events to enhance the Hunton brand and strengthen industry connections. + Conduct research to identify emerging business opportunities, with a primary focus on the healthcare sector. + Work closely with various internal departments (HS, HD, Accounting, HR, Marketing, etc.) to align efforts and strategies. + Maintain a primary focus on healthcare markets, while also pursuing key opportunities in other significant markets to drive revenue growth. Skills Required: + Excellent customer service and organizational skills. + Superior verbal and written communication skills. + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. + Experience working with Trane products preferred. Education and/or Experience Required: + Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred. + Three to five years of HVAC industry related sales experience.
