HVAC Assistant Project Manager
Hiring an HVAC Construction Assistant Project Manager/Construction Admin with a company in Queens that is a leader in the HVAC industry!!

Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Assistant Project Manager or Construction Admin to support our team with the closeout phases of our new construction and retrofit projects throughout NYC. Responsibilities include: reaching out to clients and vendors via email or phone call, handling construction documents and administrative tasks like RIF's, submittals, change orders, scheduling, budgeting, and participating in site-walkthroughs with the Project Manager. You will also be communicating with trades on site, reading mechanical drawings/blueprints, and occasionally performing estimates when necessary. The position requires a split of office and field work, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. You will report to your assigned Project Manager dependent on the project.

Hard Skills3-5 years of experience as a Construction APM or Construction AdminExperience working with HVAC systemsNew Construction project experienceProficient in Excel and BluebeamAbility to read mechanical shop drawingsVersed in handling Construction Documents (RFI's, Change Orders, Submittals, Scheduling, etc.)OSHA 10 or 30 certificationSoft SkillsStrong communication skillsDetail-orientedAbility to manage multiple tasksWork Environment
