You’ll be responsible for: + Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. + Inspecting and troubleshooting building systems to ensure optimal performance. + Overseeing and coordinating the work of external contractors. + Managing energy systems to reduce operating costs. + Responding promptly to emergencies with professionalism and expertise. This is a mobile role requiring daily travel within the Vancouver, WA area. Candidates must live within a designated radius of the job site to ensure reliable access. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED** To excel in this role, you should bring: + **Education:** High school diploma or GED required. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
