This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $35/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Controls and Service Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Troubleshoot, Calibrate, Repair, Maintain, and Operate the DDC BAS Digital Control Building Automation System, Pneumatic, and Electropneumatic Systems + Working on Central HVAC Equipment including Pumps, Chillers, Condensers, Air-Handling Units, and Miscellaneous Control Elements + Diagnose and Troubleshoot Problems with HVAC Equipment and DDC BAS Systems + Recommend Repairs, Identify Equipment and/or System Repair, and/or Replacement Needs + Repair or Repair Defective Equipment, Components, or Wiring on HVAC Equipment + Carry out Preventative Maintenance Tasks and Inspections on HVAC Equipment + Coordinate with Foreman and/or other Trades for the Purpose of Completing Projects and Work Orders Efficiently + Fabricate Equipment Parts **Requirements** + High School Diploma or Equivalent + Experience with Controls + Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Ability to Understand Information Conveyed from Technicians Staff or anything Displayed on a Computer Screen through CMMS + Knowledge of Building Automation System Software Supporting HVAC, Steam, and Power Distribution + Basic Hand Tools for the Trade + Able to Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
