Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Controls and Service Technicians for projects located in and around Greensboro, NC.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are an HVAC Controls and Service Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:    

Troubleshoot, Calibrate, Repair, Maintain, and Operate the DDC BAS Digital Control Building Automation System, Pneumatic, and Electropneumatic SystemsWorking on Central HVAC Equipment including Pumps, Chillers, Condensers, Air-Handling Units, and Miscellaneous Control ElementsDiagnose and Troubleshoot Problems with HVAC Equipment and DDC BAS SystemsRecommend Repairs, Identify Equipment and/or System Repair, and/or Replacement NeedsRepair or Repair Defective Equipment, Components, or Wiring on HVAC EquipmentCarry out Preventative Maintenance Tasks and Inspections on HVAC EquipmentCoordinate with Foreman and/or other Trades for the Purpose of Completing Projects and Work Orders EfficientlyFabricate Equipment Parts Requirements High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience with ControlsExperience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Ability to Understand Information Conveyed from Technicians Staff or anything Displayed on a Computer Screen through CMMSKnowledge of Building Automation System Software Supporting HVAC, Steam, and Power DistributionBasic Hand Tools for the TradeAble to Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check Company Details
