Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Technician to lead and oversee HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration projects. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and solve technical issues, provide technical support, and attend job site and office meetings.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and solve HVAC rooftop units, make-up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problemsAttend job site and office meetings related to assigned projectsBe well-prepared to handle any issues that may ariseDependable and able to work in emergency situations when calledPerform other duties as assignedEssential Skills10-12 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigerationHVAC and brazing licenseEPA or Universal LicenseType 2 or Universal Refrigerant LicenseAbility to read blueprintsHVAC and refrigeration repair and installation skillsWorking knowledge of all hand and power toolsProficiency with specialty tools such as Recovery Machine, Multi Meter, and Combustion AnalysisExceptional communication skillsAbility to manage, lead, motivate, and disciplineExcellent organizational skillsHigh School diploma or GED equivalentAdditional Skills & QualificationsStable work historyAbility to work long hours on feetAble to lift and climb ladders and scaffoldsAble to perform shift workWork Environment
The position requires working on various job sites and attending office meetings. The role involves using hand and power tools, as well as specialty tools. Candidates must be able to work long hours on their feet, lift and climb ladders and scaffolds, and perform shift work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00
