Provides classroom and on-the-job training and support to employeesMaintains an organized, clean and safe work area and observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of dutiesRun regular calls when not training or helping other technicians Qualifications High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required with 4-6 years of experience in HVAC service. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitutedHVAC industry experience/knowledge requiredWorking knowledge of gas piping, electricity, plumbing and air flow are requiredMust possess a working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards Valid driver’s license Strong leadership, communications, computer and mathematical skills
