**Job Title: HVAC Foreman** **Job Description** Lead commercial HVAC projects, primarily in gas stations, multifamily residences, and various commercial new constructions from Dixon to San Jose. Responsible for quality control, hopping between job sites throughout the day. Drive a company-provided truck from home to work sites. May occasionally need to perform hands-on work (40-50%), but this is not expected to be a long-term requirement. Schedule work and crews in coordination with the Business Development Manager (acting as Ops Manager). Estimating experience is preferred but not required, as training can be provided. Manage a team currently consisting of 6 members organized in teams of 2.
