Job Title: HVAC Foreman
Job Description

The HVAC Foreman will be working on a significant retrofitting project, replacing older equipment with new systems. This includes replacing duct work, internal systems, and rooftop units. The candidate will lead various projects and collaborate with apprentices.

ResponsibilitiesLead various HVAC projects within the company.Replace duct work, internal systems, and rooftop units.Work with apprentices and guide them through projects.Ensure the successful installation of HVAC systems in commercial or industrial buildings.Essential SkillsHydronic Piping experience - understanding of hydronic heating and cooling systems.Sheet Metal experience - proficiency in installing duct work.Retrofitting experience - ability to add new technology or features to older systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in running a job or project and working well with apprentices.Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and equipment.Familiarity with industrial installation, air conditioning, construction, heating, and blueprint reading.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is a 1st shift position, typically starting between 6/7 am and ending around 3/4 pm. Shifts range from 8-10 hours depending on the assigned project/sites. Projects are usually in existing commercial or industrial buildings and may involve working outside on rooftops for unit change outs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00
