**Job Title: HVAC Helper** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Helper to assist with various tasks related to HVAC installation and maintenance. This role involves loading and unloading materials, transporting supplies, cleaning work areas, and assisting with equipment placement. You will also help with cutting, measuring, and fitting duct sections, lifting and positioning HVAC units, and aiding in electrical wiring connections. **Responsibilities** + Loading and unloading materials from trucks and transporting supplies to job sites. + Assisting with equipment placement and positioning HVAC units, including furnaces, air handlers, and condensers. + Cleaning work areas, removing debris, and protecting surfaces from damage. + Cutting, measuring, and fitting duct sections as directed by the technician. + Assisting with electrical wiring connections as needed. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience in HVAC installation. + Proficiency in HVAC, installation, and construction. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Welding skills, particularly MIG welding, are a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer training and certifications paid for by the company, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays (when direct), and comprehensive health benefits. **Work Environment** This position typically involves working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with some weekends required. Work locations are primarily near Canton/Uniontown but may vary around Cleveland as time progresses. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Canton, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
