**Job Title: HVAC Installation Technician** **Job Description** Candidates will be installing and servicing HVAC units across the metro in commercial buildings. They must be able to locate and diagnose any maintenance issues on units/systems/equipment on their own. **Responsibilities** + Install ductwork, mechanical equipment, diffusers, grills, and electrical components. + Work on new construction and remodel projects, including modifying existing ductwork and installing new distribution systems. + Collaborate with general contractors who will handle demolition and reconstruction. + Perform installations in various locations within the 7 county metro area. **Essential Skills** + HVAC installation and maintenance + Diagnosis and troubleshooting of HVAC systems + Installing ductwork and mechanical equipment + Reading and interpreting blueprints + Own basic hand tools + 5+ years of HVAC Installation experience + Residential or commercial new construction or remodel install + Clean driving record **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, a health savings account, life insurance, and paid time off. A vehicle and gas card will be provided, though travel is not a deal breaker if unable. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
