Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Duct Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing ductwork for commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills. All work will be commercial. Experienced in New Construction is a huge plus!
Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair ductwork for commercial HVAC systems.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Measure and cut ductwork to the required specifications.Assemble and secure ducts, ensuring proper alignment and fit.Test systems for leaks and ensure proper airflow.Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.Essential Skills5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and ductwork.Ability to interpret blueprints.Experience overseeing and running crews.Own tools and reliable transportation.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with HVAC controls.Skills in pipefitting.HVAC schooling or equivalent work experience.Pay Scale/Benefits
Starting Pay Rates - $25-$32hr based on previous infield experience

Work Environment
You will work with a team of 2 to 8 members in a new construction environment. Standard work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime as needed. The dress code includes steel-toed boots and jeans on the first day; t-shirts, hard hats, and safety glasses will be provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ALLENTOWN, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $35.00
