**Job Title: HVAC Installer** **Job Description** Responsible for the overall installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, fittings, and control wiring, as well as ensuring the completion of projects within the budgeted labor hours as outlined by the installation manager. If projects begin to fall outside the labor budget, the installation lead tech is to inform the installation manager along with a plan to correct going forward. The lead installer will also be responsible for performing duct pressure testing on all projects and understanding how to read and react to them, as well as maintaining and controlling truck stock levels and replenishment. It is the role of the lead tech to develop and train helpers to advance their knowledge of the installation process. **Responsibilities** + Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, fittings, and control wiring. + Ensure project completion within budgeted labor hours. + Inform installation manager if projects fall outside labor budget and provide a corrective plan. + Perform duct pressure testing and understand how to read and react to the results. + Maintain and control truck stock levels and replenishment. + Develop and train helpers to advance their knowledge of the installation process. + List and order materials as needed. + Manage a team of up to 10 individuals. + Document installation processes and outcomes. **Essential Skills** + Sheet metal working + Reading blueprints + HVAC installation + Using power tools and hand tools + Construction experience + Ductwork installation + Team management **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Clean driver's license + OSHA 30 certification + EPA certification **Why Work Here?** This is a long-term opportunity offering significant growth potential.
