**Job Title: HVAC Journeyman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Journeyman HVAC Installer for a 6-month temp-to-hire contract. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in HVAC construction, preferably with a background in residential custom home construction. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints, assembling, insulating, and sealing ductwork, running refrigerant piping, pulling low voltage wiring, installing equipment, and brazing. Candidates must have their own hand tools. **Responsibilities** + Install ductwork (rigid & spiral) + Install refrigerant piping + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings + Assemble, insulate, and seal ductwork + Run refrigerant piping + Pull low voltage wiring + Install HVAC equipment + Perform brazing tasks + Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards + Maintain a clean and safe work environment + Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise + Communicate effectively with clients and team members **Essential Skills** + 5-8 years of experience in HVAC construction + Experience in residential custom home construction preferred + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Proficiency in assembling, insulating, and sealing ductwork (rigid & spiral) + Experience running refrigerant piping + Ability to pull low voltage wiring + Knowledge of how to install HVAC equipment + Brazing skills + Must have own hand tools + Strong attention to detail + Good communication and teamwork skills + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + EPA card is a plus but not necessary **Why Work Here?** High performers will have the opportunity to go permanent. The work will be physical and performed in a non-climate controlled environment. The company provides a uniform and PPE, except for boots. Work hours are from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM with no overtime. Parking is shuttled from down the hill, but a job box will be set up for workers to leave their hand tools and supplies. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly Hills, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $44.00/hr.
