Monday-Friday Day hours, no nights/weekends or on-call schedule

Responsibilities:
-Perform installation, upgrade, and retrofitting of HVAC components
-Utilize industry best practices and adhere to relevant codes and standards during installation
-Conduct thorough testing of retrofitted systems to ensure proper functionality and performance
-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the HVAC systems
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of retrofit projects, including specifications, plans, and any changes made during installation
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions
-Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment
-Work closely with project managers, fellow HVAC technicians, and other stakeholders to coordinate and execute retrofit projects efficiently
-Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians as needed
