Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/.  Responsibilities: * HVAC duct work (round, square) Leading 1?2-person team * Install and service HVAC units on a wide variety of jobsites in commercial setting * Troubleshooting problems Cutting, threading, or hammering pipes using various power and hand tools * Cutting or boring holes in structures * Drawing layouts to scale while studying blueprints and following relevant codes  Qualifications: * Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial construction industry preferred * A deep understanding of state and local building codes * Reliable transportation * Strong work ethic with a positive and calm mindset * References to verify your professional skills and experience * Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time and to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds * Must have power tools and hand tools to complete trade work * Must have supervisor experience  TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
