**Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking a licensed HVAC mechanic to join our team. This position is onsite at a private university and involves working closely with the Director of Facilities and the VP of the University. **Responsibilities** + Perform HVAC preventative maintenance + Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to all HVAC systems on campus + Oversee the main plant on campus, academic buildings' systems, and individual dorm rooms **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of HVAC maintenance/repair experience + Valid HVAC license + Experience with preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, and air handlers + Troubleshooting and identifying issues for reporting + Handling work orders and basic computer skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Lab experience (4-5 labs on site) + Boiler experience + Management experience + Experience in other trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.) **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team with a new VP of Operations and Vendor Director onsite, focusing on establishing a long-term in-house team.
