We are currently searching for a HVAC / Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for all repairs and maintenance of air conditioning and heating systems for offices and retail sites (convenience stores, gas stations, fast food restaurants) owned and operated by GPM Investments.

 

Pay: $16-$28/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities Determine material, equipment and supplies to be used on jobsTransfer equipment from one project to another as necessaryInspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in all area locationsComply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work areaReassemble and test equipment following repairsDiscuss heating-cooling system malfunctions with the store operations team to isolate problems or to verify that malfunctions have been correctedRecord and report all faults, deficiencies, unusual occurrences and repairs made, and Serve as backup in other areas of maintenance if needed and directed to by the Maintenance Manager. Qualifications HVAC CertificationRefrigeration experience HIGHLY preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent5+ years experience in HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenanceAdditional experience and knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, and general maintenance also HIGHLY preferredAbility to meet and deal tactfully & courteously with fellow employees, vendors and contractorsValid State Drivers License and clear driving record.
