**Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician** **Do you have HVAC experience but looking to get into an industrial maintenance career? This is the opportunity for you!** **Job Description** • Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain shop floor production machinery, cranes, forklifts, and other machines. • Perform quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems. • Coordinate and complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner. • Inspect building exteriors, interiors, parking lots, and grounds regularly. Troubleshoot operations failures and re-establish building services under minimal supervision. Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance. • Read manuals of equipment and interpret them to understand how to operate and maintain them properly. • Perform facility exterior maintenance and repairs. • Fabricate, build equipment and components for projects. **Hard Skills** + Minimum 1 year of on the job HVAC experience + Minimum 1 year of experience with air conditioner circuit or control board + Minimum 1 year of HVAC blower experience **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
