**Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for diagnosing and maintaining walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezers, as well as other refrigeration equipment. This role involves diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems, installing and testing new equipment, and completing paperwork promptly. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose and repair walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezers. + Perform maintenance on refrigeration equipment. + Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. + Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems. + Install and test new HVAC equipment. + Complete repair paperwork in a timely manner. **Essential Skills** + EPA Universal (Type 1-3) certification. + Experience with Freon or Ammonia systems (split systems, central systems, or rack systems). + Experience as an industrial or commercial refrigeration technician. + Skills in installation, preventive maintenance, service, boiler, brazing, refrigeration equipment, air conditioning, compressor, duct work, mechanical, installation, sheet metal, and refrigeration systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of HVAC refrigeration experience. + Own transportation. + Own hand tools. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a company uniform after a few weeks of work, 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off (PTO). **Work Environment** This position requires working in a cold environment as the entire facility is a freezer. You will be required to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, stopping, reaching, and climbing.
