**Aerotek is hiring for an HVAC Maintenance Technician!** **Job Description** As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior spaces of one of our commercial properties and office buildings. Responsibilities will include general cleaning and maintenance of building interiors, managing electrical lighting systems, repairing heating and cooling systems, maintaining heat pumps pumps and water pumps, and managing inventory material from ordering to documentation. Employees will be provided with company clothing, cell phone, and given access to a company vehicle. **Essential Skills** + HVAC Service experience especially with heating and air conditioning systems + Heat and water pump repair experience + Previous building or facilities maintenance + Strong mechanical aptitude + Ability to read maintenance and operational instructions + EPA Certification beneficial **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
