This position will report to the Plant Operation Manager,

The qualified candidate must have knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems,

Requirements for this position are: CFC universal certificate, 5 years of experience as HVAC/Refrigeration mechanic, hospital experience preferible,

Familiar with Building Automation System BMS,

Able to perform preventive maintanance to HVAC and refrigeration equipment,

Flexible to work different shifts,

Available to respond to emergency situation,

Available to work as general maintenance mechanic to cover shifts,

NJ valid refrigeration license preferable,
