As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the residential apartments and public areas of our beautiful campus setting. Your work will make a difference in the lives of our residents, ensuring that they have a comfortable and safe place to call home. **Compensation:** Commensurate with experience starting at $28.00/hourly **How you will make an impact:** + Performing light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. + Responding to emergency calls for system and equipment failure. + Inspecting, monitoring, and evaluating efficiency and safety of systems to ensure trouble-free operation. **What we offer:** + Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law. + 401k for all employees 18 and over.
