As an HVAC Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities on a variety of HVAC systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and longevity of our HVAC equipment. Responsibilities + Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspecting, cleaning, and servicing components. + Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions. + Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, motors, fans, and electrical controls. + Conduct system performance tests and adjustments to ensure optimal operation and efficiency. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and work completed. + Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to address HVAC concerns and provide excellent customer service. + Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or HVAC certification preferred. + Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC mechanic or in a related field. + Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures. + Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and interpersonal skillls + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
