Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining and repairing ventilation systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and related HVAC equipment.Conduct routine inspections to assess the performance and condition of HVAC systems.Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventoryRespond promptly to maintenance requests, swiftly addressing urgent issues to ensure operational continuity.Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtimeEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques
• Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
• Ability to use hand and power tools associated with the HVAC field of AC 

Qualifications Proven experience in a maintenance role, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the hospitality industry.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsExcellent leadership and supervisory skillsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiencyAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated effective communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits
