Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for successful execution and delivery of assigned project (s) on-time, within budget, as per Contract Agreement, adhering to the quality & safety framework of ABB.The work model for this role is #onsite.Your responsibilities : • Serving as ABB’s prime interface with customer, authority, sub-contractors, and site personnel, on all HVAC matters by carrying out HVAC heat load calculation, P&ID, D&ID, Airflow, HVAC noise study, ducting and various design and engineering for onshore and offshore E-house integration projects in accordance with project specification and international standards• Being responsible for the delivery of HVAC on project schedule with customer satisfactory. Ensuring implementation of design to customer specification/international standards/regulations• Coordinating with the project team members from other business lines (project management, finance, scheduling, documentation, construction, installation, and commissioning, etc.) by leading factory acceptance test with client and subcontractor. Supporting site commissioning activities to ensure the complete project delivery. Coordinating to close out all punch list generated during FAT, MC ITR and SAT. Issuing follow-up and closing of deviation reports. Ensuring safety in design and safety on site during the commissioning activities• Ensuring accurate red line markup transfer to As Built documentation. Responsible for timely submission of documentation and As Built documentation to support milestone invoice
Qualifications for the roleMinimum 10 years of experience Marine & Offshore HVAC Projects. Familiar with ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, AMCA, CIBSE, DW144, DW 143, ISO 15138, ISO 7547, SOLAS, MODU, API RP 505, IEC 60079 Standards, and DNV, ABS class requirement. Required to have knowledge in HVAC Commissioning either in Offshore or Plant Projects. Mandatory to have experience in Plants/ Offshore/ FPSO E-House project Good understanding of HVAC operation system design requirement. Good understanding of HVAC AHU/ ACCU and its refrigeration system and able to diagnose and troubleshoot
