Hvac Project Manager
Job Title: HVAC Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, project management, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial projects. Responsibilities + Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of HVAC projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. + Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. + Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. + Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. + Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. + Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project closeout documents. + Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, with a focus on commercial projects. + Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance. + Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. + Proficiency in project management software and tools. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and team members. Additional Skills & Qualifications + PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus. + Experience in estimating is a plus.
