Consistent customer and staff satisfaction surveys reflect a continuous rating in the upper 90% and staff responses to ''intent to continue employment at BJH'' rating in the upper 90%. **Preferred Qualifications** **Role Purpose** Provides Maintenance and Engineering services. Provides the necessary skill and craft for operation and maintenance of HVAC and physical plant systems in a manner to ensure safe operation, optimum performance and maximum efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Keeps equipment clean and operational. Handles and disposes of hazardous and or infectious waste properly and practices infection control.
